Lynn's Apple Dip

* let apples slices soak in lemon juice to void turning brown when exposed to air.

Ingredients

• 1 8oz cream cheese
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 jar caramel ice cream topping
• chopped peanuts
• Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese with brown sugar and spread into decorative pie plate.

Top with caramel topping and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.

Serve with Granny Smith apple slices
