Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 10 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 3/4 buttermilk
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients together. Cut in the butter. Stir in buttermilk. Being careful to not overmix. Place dough onto a floured surface and knead lightly four times with floured hands. Form dough into an 8-inch circle onto baking sheet, about 3/4" thick. Using a knife, cut dough into 10 wedges (may or may not cut all the way through). Bake at 375 for 22 minutes.
