Wine Biscuits-Veronica Vieira

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Red Wine(Fox Horn preferably)
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • egg white (for glaze)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients (except egg white).
Form into loops, circles or cigars.
Glaze with egg white and a brush.
Bake at 350F for 10 to 12 minutes.
