Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons (75 ml) red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1/8 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
Preparation
Step 1
Speed: Variable
Time: 10-15 seconds
1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 5.
4. Blend for 10-15 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
Note: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
