Amy Marks Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. mayonaise
  • 1 cup bisquick
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 2 pounds hot sausage
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 4.5 ounce can green chilis(chopped)
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp. mayonaise

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together 2 tbsp. mayonaise, bisquick and half and half. Spread on bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.

Brown and drain sausage and onion.

Mix cheese, chilis, eggs and 4 tbsp. mayonaise.

Layer sausage on top of bisquick. Top with cheese mixture. Bake at 375F for 35 minutes(approx.).
