Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco
- 1/2 teaspoon country Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
- 1 egg
- juice of 1 lemon
- 4 cloves garlic-pressed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
- 1 cup croutons
- 1 head Romaine lettuce -- torn

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 10 ingredients for the dressing. Refrigerate until time to toss.
Toss very well with romaine lettuce, then add Parmesan cheese, toss again.
Add croutons, toss. Serve immediately.
