Ingredients

    cup olive oil

  • 1

    teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • ½

    teaspoon black pepper

  • 1

    teaspoon Tabasco

  • ½

    teaspoon country Dijon mustard

  • 1

    tablespoon anchovy paste

  • 1

    egg

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • 4

    cloves garlic-pressed

  • 1

    teaspoon salt

  • ¾

    cup Parmesan cheese -- grated

  • 1

    cup croutons

  • 1

    head Romaine lettuce -- torn

Directions

Mix first 10 ingredients for the dressing. Refrigerate until time to toss. Toss very well with romaine lettuce, then add Parmesan cheese, toss again. Add croutons, toss. Serve immediately.
