garlic cream pizza sauce
roast garlic in oven at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
cut off tops of garlic head and drizzle with olive oil. wrap in foil and set on cooking sheet.
- 1 tbsp "butter" (we use Earth Balance)
- 1 tbsp flour
- .75 cup coconut milk
- 2 heads of roasted garlic
- .5 tsp salt
make a roux from butter and flour in a saucepan. add remaining ingredients and whisk until thickened.
If it isn't thick enough, add 2 Tbsp of cornstarch.
