Ingredients

• 2 12oz can chix, drained
• 2 10oz can mild enchilada sauce
• 1 can cream of chix soup
• 1 14oz can diced tomatoes
• 2 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
• 1 cup cour cream
• 1/2 cup onion chopped
• 1/2 t pepper
• 10 tortillas, cut in 1 inch swquares
• 1/2 cup sliced olives

Step 1

350*.. spray 9x13 baking pan. combine first 4 ingred. stir in 1/2 cheese .. blennd in sour cream, onion and pepper.a
arrange 1/2 tortillas in pan,,spoon layer of chix over..repeat layers..end with chix and cheese.. cover with foil.. bake 30-40 min
