Ingredients
- 2 12oz can chix, drained
- 2 10oz can mild enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of chix soup
- 1 14oz can diced tomatoes
- 2 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup cour cream
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 t pepper
- 10 tortillas, cut in 1 inch swquares
- 1/2 cup sliced olives

350*.. spray 9x13 baking pan. combine first 4 ingred. stir in 1/2 cheese .. blennd in sour cream, onion and pepper.a
arrange 1/2 tortillas in pan,,spoon layer of chix over..repeat layers..end with chix and cheese.. cover with foil.. bake 30-40 min
