WHOLE WHEAT SKILLET CROUTONS

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 slices whole wheat bread
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pinch of thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Rub garlic over bread. Cube bread slices and cook with oil in a large skillet over med-heat, stirring often until crispy. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme.
