Ingredients
- 4 lb. boneless, butterflied leg of lamb
- marsala wine
- 12 cloves of garlic
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- fresh rosemary sprigs
Preparation
Step 1
marinate lamb overnight or for 6 hours
dry lamb
grill 10-12 minutes on each side while basting with marinade
grill until 130 degrees
let rest for 10 minutes before slicing into 1/4" slices
