  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz each)
  • 1 Tbs canola oil
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of broccoli soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 C milk
  • 1 Tbs minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 4 lemon slices
  • Hot cooked spaghetti

Step 1

In a non-stick skillet, cook chicken in oil until browner on both sides, about 10 minutes, and a meat thermometer reads 170*; drain.

In a large bowl, combine the soup, milk, parsley, lemon juice, pepper and worcestershire sauce. Pour over chicken. Top each chicken breast with a lemon slice.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for about 5 minutes or heated through. Serve with spaghetti if desired. Sprinkle with additional parsley if desired.
