  • 5-7 PIECES OF CHICKEN
  • 2 CUPS OF RICE
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
  • 2 CANS OF CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
  • WATER TO COVER RICE
  • 2 STALKS OF CELERY
  • 1-2 ONIONS
  • 6 TO 10 CARROTS
  • 1 CAN CHICKEN BROTH
  • BARBEQUE SAUCE

Preparation

Step 1

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN DUTCH OVEN EXCEPT BARGEQUE SAUCE. HEAT FROM TOP AND BOTTOM UNTIL RICE AND CHICKEN IS COOKED AND SERVE. CAN ADD BARBEQUE SAUCE IF DESIRE
