- 5-7 PIECES OF CHICKEN
- 2 CUPS OF RICE
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
- 2 CANS OF CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
- WATER TO COVER RICE
- 2 STALKS OF CELERY
- 1-2 ONIONS
- 6 TO 10 CARROTS
- 1 CAN CHICKEN BROTH
- BARBEQUE SAUCE
Preparation
Step 1
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN DUTCH OVEN EXCEPT BARGEQUE SAUCE. HEAT FROM TOP AND BOTTOM UNTIL RICE AND CHICKEN IS COOKED AND SERVE. CAN ADD BARBEQUE SAUCE IF DESIRE
