Ingredients
- In a bowl whisk together the following, about:
- 2 1/2 -3 lbs ground beef
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine or any white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 large or 2 small cloves of garlic
- 1/2 thumb of very finely diced fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon Chile paste or 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
- fresh ground pepper

Step 1
Method
Divide ground beef into six portions flattened.
Put an indent in the center of each patty with the back of a large spoon.
Put a good tablespoon of the bulgogi mix into each burger.
Knead the ground beef till sauce is fully integrated. (Rubber gloves

Shape the patties and grill to your and your guests’ liking.
