Ingredients
- 1 pk. spaghetti
- 1/2 container sundreid tomatoes (no oil)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 pound boneless chicken ( cut in 1 inch cubes)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 3/4 cups sliced mushrooms
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine or additional broth
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp red pepper
- 1/2 cup parmesian cheese

Step 1
Cook spaghetti
Meanwhile place tomatoes in bowl add boiling water, cover 5 minutes, drain and chop; set aside
In a Large plastic bag add flour and garlic salt. Add chicken; shake and coat. In a skillet saute chicken in 2 Tbl oil; remove. In same skillet add mushrooms and grlic till tender; add broth, wine, parsley, basil salt, pepper, and pepper flakes. Stir in tomatoes and chix
