stuffed flank steak

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 green onion, chopped
  • 2 T ranch salad mix
  • 1/2 t. pepper
  • 1 beef flank steak,..1 1/2 -2 lbs

Preparation

Step 1

in small bowl,combine the first 5 ingred. cut a deep slit in the side of steak.. forming a pocket. stuff butter mix into slit.
grill steak covered over med heat or broil 4-6 in from heat for 6-7 min on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness.. for med rare..145*.. med 160*..to serve slice against grain.
