Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp b.p.
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/8 cup butter melted
- 2 eggs
- syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/8 cup rum

Step 1
preheat ov en to 325*. grease and flour pan. iin large bowl combine all ingredients, beat at low speed til moistened an,then beat at med speed for 2 min. pour into pan til 3/4 full. bake 20-25min. or til toothpick comes out clean... in med pan combine sugar and water to make syrup. bring to boil, stirring constantly til sugar dissolves. remove from heat and stir in rum. using fork, pierce hot cake stil in pan at 1/2 inch intervals..pour syrup over..cool in pan 10min, invert on plate
