Ingredients
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 2 cups cooked pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon and cloves together; pour into 13-by-9-by-2-inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top. Drizzle melted butter over mix; spread chopped nuts over all. Bake at 325 F for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cut into squares; serve topped with whipped cream.
