  • 1 --1/2 lb grilling steaks ( such as ribeye, strip or top sirloin)
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp steak seasoning blend
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 Tbs olive oil


Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 13mins


Step 1

Preheat large grill pan on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes. Cut steak into 4 portions; coat both sides of steaks with seasonings.

Place oil in pan, then add steaks; cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until 145* (for medium rare). Let stand for 5 minutes; serve.
