Ingredients
- 2 pkg lady fingers
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 c sugar
- 2 T vanilla
- 1 pt whipping cream, whipped
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
Line bottom & sides of springform pan with lady fingers.
Mix cream cheese, sugar & vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
Pour half cream cheese mixture over lady fingers.
Place another layer of ladyfingers on top.
Pour remaining cream cheese mixture over ladyfingers.
Top with 1 can cherry pie filling.
Chill for a few hours before serving.
