  • 2 POUNDS OF HAMBURGER
  • 12 OUNCE CAN V8
  • 1/2 ONION CHOPPED
  • CELERY RIB CHOPPED
  • 1 AND 1/2 CUP OF SEASONED BREAD CRUMBS
  • 1/2 ENVELOPE ONION SOUP MIX
  • 1/2 TSP PEPPER
  • 1/4 CUP KETCHUP
  • TBS BROWN SUGAR
  • TBS MUSTARD

Step 1

COMBINE EGGS, V8 JUICE, ONION, CELERY, BREAD CRUMBS, SOUP MIX, PEPPER AND HAMBURGER. MIX WELL
PUT IN A GREASED ON 13 X 9 BAKING DISH
BAKE AT 350 F UNCOVERED FOR 45 MINUTES

COMBINE KETCHUP, MUSTARD AND BROWN SUGAR AND SPREAD OVER MEAT LOAF AND COOK ANOTHER 15 MINUTES.
