- 2 EGGS BEATEN
- 2 POUNDS OF HAMBURGER
- 12 OUNCE CAN V8
- 1/2 ONION CHOPPED
- CELERY RIB CHOPPED
- 1 AND 1/2 CUP OF SEASONED BREAD CRUMBS
- 1/2 ENVELOPE ONION SOUP MIX
- 1/2 TSP PEPPER
- 1/4 CUP KETCHUP
- TBS BROWN SUGAR
- TBS MUSTARD

Step 1
COMBINE EGGS, V8 JUICE, ONION, CELERY, BREAD CRUMBS, SOUP MIX, PEPPER AND HAMBURGER. MIX WELL
PUT IN A GREASED ON 13 X 9 BAKING DISH
BAKE AT 350 F UNCOVERED FOR 45 MINUTES
COMBINE KETCHUP, MUSTARD AND BROWN SUGAR AND SPREAD OVER MEAT LOAF AND COOK ANOTHER 15 MINUTES.
