  • Filling:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c oil
  • 1 c mandarin oranges undrained
  • 1 large pkg vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple (drain most juice)
  • 8 oz cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix for 2 minutes. Bake in 2 layers at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Mix pudding and pineapple, blend in cool whip. Spread between layers and over cake. Refrigerate.
