Mom's Fluffy Pancakes

These tall & fluffy pancakes a perfect served with butter & syrup or topped with berries and whipped cream.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 4 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 Tbsp. white sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- cooking spray
Preparation
Step 1
Combine milk with vinegar in a medium bowl and set aside for 5 minutes to "sour".
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Whisk egg and butter into the "soured milk". Combine the wet ingredients with the flour mixture and whisk until lumps are gone.
Heat large skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto skillet and cook until bubbles appear on surface. Flip with spatula and cook until ligthly browned on other side.
Enjoy with toppings of your choice!!
