Chocolate Peanut Butter Easter Eggs

Ingredients

• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup light brown sugar
• 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 2 cups milk chocolate chips
• 2 tblsp vegetable shortening

Preparation

Step 1

Line baking sheet with wax paper. Mix peanut butter with butter and add powdered sugar 1/4 cup at a time, stirring till well mixed. Shape into easter eggs.

Heat milk choc. chips and shortening. dip above eggs into chocolate sauce and cool on wax paper. cool till room temp
