Lemon Delight

Ingredients

  • CRUST
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1 c pecans
  • 1 st TOPPING
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 c Cool Whip
  • 2 nd TOPPING
  • 3 small boxes instant lemon pudding
  • 3 c milk

Preparation

Step 1

CRUST
Mix well then bake at 350 until brown.

1st TOPPING
Mix well & spread over cooled crust.

2nd TOPPING
Blend until it starts getting thick.

Pour over 1st topping.

Top with Cool Whip.

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
