Peach Cobbler

This recipe works well with berries, cherries, nectarines and apricots.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cube butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup milk (whole milk)
  • 3-4 cups of sliced peaches, fresh or frozen
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Pour batter over melted butter and top with peaches or other fruits.

Bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees. Serve hot, great with ice cream.

Use 7 x 11 pyrex or double recipe and use a 9 x 13".
