Ingredients
- Pie shell
- 1 3/4 c pumpkin
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t ginger
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 1 2/3 c undiluted evaporated milk
- 2 beaten eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Beat all ingredients in mixer until smooth.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425 for 15 min.
Reduce heat to 350 & bake 35 minutes or until set.
Cool.
Serve with whipped cream.
