Ingredients
- 7 jalapenos (seed about half)
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 c vinegar
- 1/2 c fruit juice (choose grape, cranberry or whatever color you'd like)
- 6-1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 t butter (to prevent foaming)
- 1 envelope Certo
Preparation
Step 1
Place peppers through fruit juice in blender & liquefy.
Put in large pot & add sugar & butter.
Stir constantly & bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat & add Certo. Stir until dissolved.
Place in sterilized jars.
