Turtle Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. German Chocolate Cake Mix
• 1 14-oz pkg caramels
• 1/2 c butter
• 1/2 c evaporated milk
• 1 c chocolate chips
• 1 c chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the cake according to pkg directions.

Bake 1/2 the batter in a 9x13" pan for 20 minutes in a 350 oven.

Melt caramels, butter & milk together and pour over cake batter.

Add the chips, pecans & remaining batter.

Bake 15 minutes more.
