Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 c graham cracker crumbs
- 3 T sugar
- 3 T margarine, melted
- FILLING
- 3 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c mini semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1 t vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
CRUST
Combine all ingredients. Press onto bottom of 9" springform pan.
Bake at 325 for 10 min.
FILLING
Combine cream cheese & sugar. Mix at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Blend in chocolate pieces & vanilla.
Pour over crust.
Bake at 450 for 10 min. Reduce oven temperature to 250 and bake 35 min.
Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing.
