Healthy Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider or rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Lime or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Mix all ingredients and serve over your salad.
