  • 8-10 sun dried tomatoes
  • 2 roasted peppers
  • 6 to 8 leaves fresh basil
  • 2 closves garlic
  • tsp capers
  • fresh paremsan cheese, grated
  • pizza shell

Step 1

*Blend everything except parmesan cheese in food processor. Spread on shell, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

To make sundried tomatoes: scoop out seeds, sprinkle salt over and garlic salt. Bake in oven 200 degrees for 6-12 hours.
