Apple Jewel Cake

Ingredients

• BATTER
• 4 eggs
• 2 c sugar
• 1/3 c orange juice
• 3 t baking powder
• 1 c oil
• 2 c flour, all purpose
• 3 t vanilla
• 1/2 t salt
• 4 t sugar
• 1 t cinnamon
• 4 apples, peeled & sliced

Preparation

Step 1

BATTER
Mix ingredients & set aside.

Mix sugar & cinnamon & set aside.

Pour layers of batter, cinnamon/sugar, apples in a greased & floured bundt pan.

Bake in a 350 oven for 1-1/2 hours.
