Crustless Quiche

Ingredients

• Spray pie dish with non stick spray.
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 cup milk
• 3/4 cup bisquick
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1 10 oz pkg frozen spinach chopped, all liquid squeezed out.
• 4 oz mushroons, sliced
• 1/2 cup diced ham
• 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
• salt & pepper to taste.

Preparation

Step 1

Blend first three ingredients. Then add onion, spinach, mushrooms, cheese, ham & seasonings.

Bake in a preheated oven of 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
