- 1 Ball of pizza dough
- 1 lb. bulk breakfast sausage (Rath's)
- 1 Small package (8 oz.) grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 Egg White (save yolk)
Cooking time 40mins
1. Fry up sausage in water and drain off excess water.
2. Add 1 egg and 1 egg white.
3. Add grated cheese to mixture and mix up well.
4. Roll out dough into a long rectangle on a cookie sheet, place mixture on dough and roll over creating a seal with the sausage inside.
5. Cook at 350 for 40 minutes.
