Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1-2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded (to taste)
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients, stirring with fork until blended. Dough will be stiff. Turn onto lightly floured surface; knead 10-12 times.

Roll dough to 1/2" thickness; cut with 2" biscuit cutter. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake at 450 10-12 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
