Country Style Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 5 c milk (approx.)
• 2 T vanilla
• 2 1/2 c sugar
• 4 c whipping cream
• 1/4 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy.

Slowly add sugar & beat until thickened.

Add cream, vanilla & salt and mix well.

Pour into ice cream freezer.

Add milk to fill line on can and stir well.

Churn in freezer per instructions.
