Breakfast Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 lb loaf Sourdough bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. diced ham
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
  • 8 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Set aside. Cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes; stir into egg mixture. Let soak for 10 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Spray Dutch Oven with non-stick spray. Pour in bread mixture.

Cook 30-45 minutes. Use approximately 12-15 charcoal briquettes.
