Cornbread Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix, prepared
  • 2 cans pinto beans, drained
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 16-oz bottle Ranch dressing (or more)

Preparation

Step 1

Crumble cornbread on the bottom of a 13x9x2" dish.

Layer each ingredient and let stay in refrigerator overnight.
