Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix, prepared
- 2 cans pinto beans, drained
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c tomatoes, chopped
- 1 16-oz bottle Ranch dressing (or more)
Preparation
Step 1
Crumble cornbread on the bottom of a 13x9x2" dish.
Layer each ingredient and let stay in refrigerator overnight.
