Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 c shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients.

Microwave on high 20 minutes or bake at 400 for 1 hour.
