Overnight Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 18 frozen Rhode's breadrolls
  • 3.5 oz butterscotch pudding (not instant)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Grease bundt pan.

Put in frozen rolls and sprinkle dry pudding mix over rolls.

Cut butter and brown sugar together until crumbly - sprinkle over rolls. Add pecans.

Dampen a clean towel and cover bundt pan. Let set overnight at room temperature.

Next morning, preheat oven to 350F. Remove cloth and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove and let rest for 2 minutes before inverting onto serving plate.
