Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 18 1/2 Oz Package Yellow Cake Mix
- 3 1/2 Oz Package Instant Lemon Pudding
- 4 Eggs
- 3/4 C Vegetable Oil
- 4 C Powdered Sugar
- 1/3 C FRESH Lemon Juice
- 1 Lemon Zested
- 3 Tbl Vegetable Oil
- 3 Tbl Water

Step 1
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.
Spray mini muffin pan with nonstick spray or line with mini muffin cups.
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs and oil with electric mixer, 2 mins. Pour into muffin pan, filling each cup about halfway. Bake 12 minutes.
Glaze:
Sift sugar into bowl. Add in remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Drizzle over warm muffins and let stand one hour. Glaze will harden.
