Crunchy baked chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbs milk
  • 1 can (2.8 oz) french-fried inion, crushed
  • 3/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 C dried bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 3-4 lbs chicken
  • 1/4 C butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg and milk. In another shallow bowl, combine the onions, cheese, bread crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then roll in the onion mixture.

Place in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Drizzle with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 50-60 minutes or until juices run clear.
