Ultimate Double Chocolate Chip Cookie

This is the recipe found on the paper insert of the Crisco Baking stick container.

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 C firmly packed brown sugar
• 3/4 stick Crisco
• 2 TBS. milk
• 1 Tbs. vanilla
• 1 large egg
• 1 3/4 C flour
• 1 tsp. salt
• 3/4 tsp. baking soda
• 3/4 C semi sweet chocolate chips
• 3/4 C semi sweet mini choco. chips.

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375. Combine brown sugar, shortening, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until light and fluffly. Beat egg into creamed mixture until just blended. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Mix into creamed mixture until just blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake 8-10 min.
