Chewy Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 C butter
• 2 C sugar
• 4 eggs
• 4 C fllour
• 1 T baking powder
• 1 t salt
• 1 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter with sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and combine well. Combine dry ingredients and gradually add to creamed mixture. Drop dough on greased cookie sheet 2" apart. Sprinkle with additional sugar.

Bake 375 deg 8-10 mins.
