Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Ground beef
- 1 C. Chopped onion
- 1 can whole corn, drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 C sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Combine beef and onion, cook through and drain.
Add the additional ingredients and mix together well.
Put in a 2 qt. casserole and top w/1 C soft bread crumbs mixed w/3 T melted butter and sprinkled on top.
Bake 350 for 30". Serves 4-6.
