  • 1 loaf of Pepperidege Farm Classic White
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups milk or eggnog



Step 1

Melt butter in casserole dish, add brown sugar. Remove crusts of bread and cut slices into 4. Layer bread in over syrup. Beat eggs, milk, and vanilla and pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, preheat oven to 350 and sprinkle cinnamon over top - cover and bake for 35-40 minutes removing cover for the last 10 minutes.
