- 3 T. brown sugar
- 3 T. bourbon
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 T. fresh lemon or lime juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 (6 oz) salmon filets
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
Combine all ingredients in ziploc bag. Marinate, refrigerated, 2 hrs.
Coat skillet with cooking spray and set on med-high.
Add salmon and marinade to skillet.
Cook 4 minutes on each side.
Drizzle salmon with cooked marinade when serving.
