Peanut Butter Truffles
- 2 16 ounce jars Smucker's Natural (or whatever kind you like) Peanut Butter
- 1 bag salted pretzel sticks, divided
- 2 bags darkl chocolate candy wafers
Crush half the pretzels. Lightly crush the other half for decorative purposes later.
Empty both peanut butter jars into a bowl. Add the crushed pretzels to the peanut butter and mix well. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about one hour or until firm enough to handle.
Roll peanut butter pretzel mix into balls.
Melt the chocolate wafers in the microwave on high for about one minute. Mix the wafers. Put back into the microwave to heat for 20 second intervals until completely melted.
Dip the peanut butter pretzel balls into the melted chocolate and sprinkle pretzel on the top while the chocolate is still wet. Place truffles in an airtight container once the chocolate has cooled and refrigerate.
